Age Friendly Communities

We are consulting with local people to try to identify if they feel their communities are Age Friendly. We are specifically asking how older people (those over 50) feel about their local communities and if they feel able to access them and the activities and services that they want.

Your feedback is anonymous and will be collated with all our other responses to help us to better understand what older people in their local communities need to enable them to be more independent and better interact with the people and places around them.
