My Account our platform for all of our online services has now been live for six months. Our approach from the outset was to involve our customers at each stage so we could make sure the new My Account release was tailored to our customers needs.

The review was invaluable, and the team worked hard and continue to do so to make sure My Account is:

‘Easy to use, mobile friendly, safe and secure offering a wide range of services that can be accessed online’
