The Pembrokeshire County Council (Pembrokeshire Coast National Park) Off Street Parking Places Order 2015 Variation Order No. 2 (2023)

It is proposed to vary the existing Car Park Order, namely the Pembrokeshire County Council (Pembrokeshire Coast National Park) Off Street Parking Places Order 2015 by way of the following:-

1. To vary the 3hr tariff in Column 7 of Schedule 1 to a 4hr tariff in parking places numbered 1,2,5,9,14,15,20,21,23,24,28,29,34 and 35.

2. To amend the ‘Seasonal Charge’ in Schedule 1 as set out in ‘Parking Definitions’ from 15th March - 7th November to 1st March - 31st October in the wording that follows the Schedule in relation to the parking places numbered 1,2,5,9,14,15,20,21,23,24,28,29,34 and 35

3. To amend the tariffs in Column 7 of Schedule 1 in parking places numbered 1,2,5,9,14,15,20,21,23,24,28,29,34 and 35

4. To amend the plans for parking place numbered 21

The variations will allow the Pembrokeshire County Council and Pembrokeshire Coast National Parks Authority to manage the car parks more effectively.

Full details of the proposals are contained in the Draft Order which together with plans indicating the particular car parks affected, a copy of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Order 2015 and a statement of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at County Hall, Haverfordwest; Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Offices in Llanion Park, Pembroke Dock; during normal opening hours. The Order can also be viewed on Pembrokeshire gov.uk (opens in a new tab) and also Pembrokeshire Coast Wales (opens in a new tab).

All objections and any other representations relating to the proposed Order must be made in writing. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. All such written objections and representations should be sent to the undersigned at the address provided below by 9th November 2023.
