We are undertaking an Internal Audit Review of Subject Access Requests and Record Retention across the Council. As part of this, we would really like to hear from you to gain an understanding of your knowledge of the subject areas, and how they work in your Service area.

The survey contains a maximum of 11 questions, and should take no longer than 10-15 minutes for you to complete. It would be appreciated if you could please complete and submit your survey responses by 13 October 2022.

We will use the results from this survey to inform the findings within our Internal Audit review.
