Pembrokeshire County Council is reviewing its current Gambling Policy. The Policy must be reviewed every three years.
A public consultation is taking place which will seek the views of representatives of local residents, businesses, existing licence holders and their representatives on the new policy. Following the consultation, a report will be completed and the Policy considered for approval by Members of Pembrokeshire County Council.
We encourage any constructive feedback so that the Draft Policy may be considered and amendments made where appropriate.
The key objectives are:
To prevent gambling from being a source of crime and disorder
To enable gambling to be conducted in a fair and open way
To protect children and other vulnerable people from gambling.
Please send any comments to licensing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk before 25th April 2023.
Alternatively, your comments may be sent in writing to: Lead Licensing Officer Pembrokeshire County Council
