Short Breaks and Respite for Carers in Pembrokeshire

We are inviting all Unpaid Carers in Pembrokeshire to take part in a short survey. We would like to hear your views on your current experience of accessing breaks from caring and to capture your suggestions & ideas to help shape Short Breaks for Carers in Pembrokeshire going forwards.

A break for some may be something small such as an hour to attend an appointment or for others may be a week or fortnight away. It is recognised that Carers do not always want to be separated from the person they care for when taking a break.
