The presentation given to attending members from the March Tenant Panel has been attached on here.


During this presentation, we constantly encouraged members to speak and express any opinions they had regarding certain questions, factors that would impact the response to questions, and also their feedback with how we present your rent breakdowns.

This is now an opportunity for all who were unable to attend the March meeting to have their say if they with to do so.

    Newsletter content

    • Would like to know what services are available / who to contact – internal and external
    • Information about whole community events – not just PCC events
    • To have a quarterly newsletter – Gaynor Toft mentioned we couldn’t do a hardcopy four times a year due to cost so majority would be online or printed on request.
    • An explanation of Choice Homes / allocations / banding – a flowchart. This info to also be available on webpages and social media

    Other feedback

    • Something for young people – education programme around rents / budgeting, Easi-read documents and youth representation e.g. youth panel/forum
    • Feedback to Pathway Lettings that it would be useful to provide a simplified copy of contract for those with learning difficulties / additional learning needs
    • To consider supported living provision on our new development sites
    • Easy-read allocations policy
    • Tenant Panel members led event / workshop
