Polling Districts, Polling Places and Polling Station Review 2023 - Notice

The Pembrokeshire County Council&nbsp;(Pembrokeshire Coast National Park) Off Street Parking Places Order 2015&nbsp;Variation Order No. 2 (2023)It is proposed to vary the existing Car Park Order, namely the Pembrokeshire County Council (Pembrokeshire Coast National Park) Off Street Parking Places Order 2015 by way of the following:-1. To vary the 3hr tariff in Column 7 of Schedule 1 to a 4hr tariff in parking places numbered 1,2,5,9,14,15,20,21,23,24,28,29,34 and 35.2. To amend the &lsquo;Seasonal Charge&rsquo;&nbsp;in Schedule 1 as set out in &lsquo;Parking Definitions&rsquo; from 15th March - 7th November to 1st March - 31st October in the wording that follows the Schedule in relation to the parking places numbered 1,2,5,9,14,15,20,21,23,24,28,29,34 and 35&nbsp;3. To amend the tariffs in Column 7 of Schedule 1 in parking places numbered 1,2,5,9,14,15,20,21,23,24,28,29,34 and 35&nbsp;4. Pembrokeshire County Council (PCNPA) Off Street Parking Places Variation Order No. 2 (2023) 

The questionnaire below is aimed at individual councillors and clerks of city, town and community Councils within Pembrokeshire.It&rsquo;s purpose is to gain a better understanding of the challenges that city, town and community Councils face in supporting their local communities in future.A copy of the report detailing the findings of the questionnaire will and made available directly to anyone who provides their contact details. It will also be made available to Councils via clerks for those who do not wish to share their details.The findings will be discussed at future Working Better Together meetings.We would be grateful if you could complete and return by Friday 31st March 2023

City, town and community Council Member and Clerk Questionnaire

The Local Democracy and Boundary Commission for Wales is undertaking a Community Review of the Pembrokeshire Principal Council area.The first stage of the review is to ask all interested parties to consider the current community boundaries and submit their views on any changes required to create communities that provide for effective and convenient local government.All submissions will then be considered, and the Commission will publish a Draft Proposals Report and will hold a consultation on those proposals. All submissions will then be considered, and Final Recommendations will be submitted to Welsh Government Ministers.Welsh Government Ministers will then if it thinks fit, to give effect to these recommendations either as submitted, or with modifications.The initial consultation period opens on 23&nbsp;October 2023 and closes on 17 December&nbsp;2023.The survey is being hosted on the Commission website, which you can follow on the below link:<a href="https://www.ldbc.gov.wales/reviews/10-23/pembrokeshire-community-review" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Pembrokeshire Community Review | LDBCW gov.wales</a> (opens in a new tab).
